Saturday weigh in!

Down another 1 1/2 pounds, but it took 3 weeks to get's slowing down, and I think I found the balance of calories in vs calories out.....that means I have to start exercising more.....if the rain would ever stop, I'll be good to go outside, and I can't wait to get on my bike!

down: 18 1/2 pounds!
